Return and Exchange Policy

Once the order is shipped cannot be cancelled. Once you receive the order and you no longer need it, please follow our Return and Exchange Policy.

We offer heavy discounts during Black Friday Sale, so we cannot accept returns, offer you a refund or an exchange for the items purchased during Black Friday Sale. All sales during Black Friday Sale are final.

Black Friday Sale starts on Tuesday immediately before the Black Friday and ends on Monday immediately after the Black Friday.

Due to our small batch production, we are unable to offer exchanges; if you would like to exchange a size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you make a new order for the garment, and follow the return instructions below to return the original order.

You can return unopened items (items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must have original tags) in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

When returning multiple orders, to ensure your return is processed correctly, items from each order must be shipped separately and cannot be shipped in the same box.

To return your order you must include a printout of the original receipt and the following information in your package. If you cannot print your return details, clearly write out your information on a sheet of paper. Without this information, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange:

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
